At Lily Birdd, every order is hand-prepared with care and artistry. Our signature arrangements are made to order to ensure lasting beauty and freshness.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to design, pack, and ship your order. During high-volume seasons, processing may take an additional day.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the continental U.S.
All arrangements are securely packed in our signature gift box, cushioned with white crinkle paper and finished with a satin ribbon for a beautiful unboxing experience.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our pieces are handcrafted and contain living plants, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, production may already be underway.
